The All Saints' office of admissions is committed to answering your questions and assisting you throughout the application process. Families who are not familiar with our campus and programs are encouraged to schedule a personal tour and informal interview with an admissions officer. To receive our view book and application materials, please fill out the online inquiry form.
In October, the office of admissions begins accepting applications for the following school year. Admission materials, available after October 1, include a checklist and timeline outlining the process and highlighting important dates.
Each applicant receives an age-appropriate assessment; plus, applicants for grades one through eight spend a day on campus. Kindergarten applicants spend two hours on campus as part of a group “play date” in late January.
The admission materials include the application-part I and part II; teacher evaluation forms (pre kindergarten-grade 1, grades two-eight), to be completed by the applicant’s current teachers; and a transcript release form. All forms must be submitted by dates listed on timeline to be considered for first round admission decisions.
Please contact Dan Waage, Director of Admissions, Kathy Mabry, Assistant Director of Admissions, or Cyndi Gosnell, Admissions Coordinator, at 602-274-4866 with questions or to schedule a tour.
