The extended care program is designed to provide a safe and nurturing atmosphere offering a variety of activities that include study and social opportunities, exercise and play, and arts and crafts. The primary purpose of the program is to provide after school supervision on a weekly basis for those parents who are unable to pick up their children at regular dismissal times (1:45 PM for pre kindergarten, 3:00 PM for all other students). All students must be picked up by 6:00 PM. A late fee of $1.00 per minute is assessed.

The extended care program is separated into aftercare for pre kindergarten through grade two, and study hall for grades three through eight. Attendance is limited to All Saints' students.

A completed enrollment form, $50.00 deposit, and appropriate medical forms are required prior to participation. Drop-in students are accepted subject to availability; arrangements must be made at least one day in advance. The fee schedule is $7.00 per hour for those enrolled on a weekly basis; $8.00 per hour for the drop-in option. Fees are rounded to the half hour.
