Financial Aid Resources

Important Dates:
December 1, 2011
Financial aid materials are available.  Financial Aid Request Form should be submitted to All Saints' as early as possible.
February 3, 2012
Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) must be submitted to School and Student Services By NAIS (SSS).  W2 forms and other income statements should be submitted to SSS.
March 2, 2012
Signed copies of Form 1040 and all schedules, corporate returns (If applicable), and IRS Form 4506T should be submitted to SSS.
April
Award decisions are mailed.
Getting Started:

1.  The first step in requesting financial aid is to submit an electronic Financial Aid Request Form.  A paper form is available upon request.

2.  Complete and submit a Parents' Financial Statement (PFS) to School and Student Services (SSS) by NAIS.  There are two ways to submit your PFS: 3.  Submit all of the required supporting documentation directly to SSS by NAIS by the deadlines listed above.
    IMPORTANT!
    If you are going to submit a paper PFS you will need to print the PFS form and instructions below and mail them directly to SSS by NAIS.  If you are going to submit your PFS online, simply click on the logo at the bottom of the page to get started.
