    January 30            Applications for grades one through eight (Parts I and II)
                                due for first round consideration

                                All supplementary application materials due for applicants for 
                                Pre Kindergarten and Kindergarten

February 2009

    February 2            Parents’ Financial Statement due to School and Student
                                Services(mailed or submitted online) for all financial aid
                                applicants

    February 7            Admissions screenings for applicants for grades one through
                                eight

    February 20           Financial Aid Application Form, 2007 and 2008 tax returns,
                                and W2s due for all financial aid applicants 

                                All supplementary application materials due for applicants for
                                grades one through eight 
    

March 2009

    March 13               First round decisions mailed for all completed applications for
                                Pre Kindergarten through grade eight

April 2009

    April 3                   Enrollment contracts due for Pre Kindergarten through grade
