ASEDS Named Hunger Hero by Food Bank

For the fourth year in a row, All Saints’ earned the designation as a St. Mary's Food Bank Alliance Hunger Hero.
The All Saints’ Builders Club, a service organization for students in grades six through eight, recently sponsored Pennies for Peanut Butter drive benefiting St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance. The totals are in and the school community donated $3,738.29, which will provide about 26,168 meals to the hungry in the Valley. Students in the sixth grade won the middle school competition by bringing in the most money, and eleven lower school homerooms met the challenge by having 100% participation.

Additionally, for the fourth year in a row, All Saints’ earned the designation as a Hunger Hero. This designation is given to groups who donate food, money, and time.
