The extended care program is designed to provide a safe and nurturing atmosphere offering a variety of activities that include study and social opportunities, exercise and play, and arts and crafts. The primary purpose of the program is to provide after school supervision on a weekly basis for those parents who are unable to pick up their children at regular dismissal times (1:45 PM for Pre-Kindergarten, 3:00 PM for all other students). All students must be picked up by 6:00 PM. A late fee of $1.00 per minute is assessed.
The extended care program is separated into aftercare for Pre-Kindergarten through Grade Two, and study hall for Grades Three through Eight. Attendance is limited to All Saints' students.
A completed enrollment form, $50.00 deposit, and appropriate medical forms are required prior to participation. Drop-in students are accepted subject to availability; arrangements must be made at least one day in advance. The fee schedule is $7.00 per hour for those enrolled on a weekly basis; $8.00 per hour for the drop-in option. Fees are rounded to the half hour.
