The majority of teachers in All Saints’ Summer Program 2010 are current teachers at All Saints’.  Meet others who are excited to join this dynamic program. 

 

Jen Adams–Mrs. Adams, a graduate of Arizona State University, is certified to teach kindergarten through grade eight.  She joined All Saints' faculty in 2004 but left to stay home with her three young children.  Mrs. Adams enjoys being part of the All Saints' summer program and is pleased to be returning!


Gina DiSipio–Ms.DiSipio has been a substitute teacher at All Saints’ and currently teaches middle school at Rancho Solano Private School.  Ms. DiSipio is a certified teacher with a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Northern Arizona University.  She taught in Flagstaff for ten years before moving to Phoenix.  Ms. DiSipio enjoys helping students explore the art and craft of creative writing and is happy to return to All Saints'. 

Katie Fizz–Mrs. Fizz attended Arizona State University and is a new addition to the All Saints’ summer program. A lover of food and art, she receives great satisfaction bringing the joy of both to all ages.  Mrs. Fizz is looking forward to teaching high school English this fall.

  
Melissa Haberman–Mrs. Haberman is a certified elementary teacher who has over eight years of teaching experience.  She is currently teaching in Scottsdale and is looking forward to a fun-filled summer working with your children.


Julie IsaacsonMs. Isaacson has been a substitute teacher at All Saints' for the past two years and enjoyed her first experience in the summer program last year.  She will return with her Masters Degree in Elementary Education from Northern Arizona University and is looking forward to another fun-filled summer.  Ms. Isaacson is completing her student teaching experience and looks forward to seeing her All Saints' friends soon!


Tegan Knudtson–Ms. Knudtson is the niece of Mrs. Pelenytschka who teaches at All Saints’. Last summer, she helped Mrs. Kehoe in Up with Kids. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago where she was a Resident Assistant for three years and a Teachers Assistant for the last year.


Stacey Lane–Ms. Lane has taught Journalism and Creative Writing, and she has advised Young Reporters for the past ten years.  She is a contributing writer for the Education, Social, and Community pages with Independent Newspapers, Arcadia News, and Be Uplifted magazine.  Ms. Lane attended Northern Arizona University and currently teaches at several schools throughout the Valley.  Recently, she has taught classes for All Saints’ in the Afterschool Program.


Malori O'Connor–Ms. O’Connor, a graduate of the University of Phoenix, student taught at All Saints’ in the fall with kindergarten, and has since been substituting for the School.  This summer, she is looking forward to joining All Saints’ summer program and having a lot of fun!


Jessica Platt–Mrs. Platt is the niece of Coach Beiriger who teaches at All Saints'.  She graduated from the University of Arizona and has been teaching in the Deer Valley School District in a grade four general education classroom.  Mrs. Platt enjoys baking and cooking all types of foods.  She is looking forward to time with her family in San Diego later in the summer.


Drew Rau–Mr. Rau, All Saints' Class of 1998, is a creative writer and adventurer with previous experience teaching English at a private school in Washington, D.C. and lecturing on writing to students at All Saints'.  He is a graduate of Georgetown University and can't wait to share his adventure experiences and creative spirit with students during All Saints' summer program.

Tracey Satterthwaite–Ms. Satterthwaite taught at All Saints' for nine years before leaving to be with her daughter in 2008.  She has a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University and hopes to get her certification in art soon.  She substitutes at All Saints’, teaches college online, and volunteers doing tie-dye workshops at a residential home for girls.


Jessica Thompson–Ms. Thompson attended Arizona State University for both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Education.  For the past four years, Ms. Thompson has been working as an elementary school teacher in the Madison School District.  She wants to become part of the All Saints' summer program and have the opportunity to meet new students.  When Ms. Thompson isn't teaching, she spends time with her fiancé and her two dogs.
