Debra Bonson joined All Saints’ in 2022. She currently serves as our Learning Support Specialist, working primarily with third through eighth grades. A native of Louisiana, Debra graduated from the University of Colorado with her teaching credentials and Masters of Literacy. She has extensive experience as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, and learning support specialist. After six years of teaching in Colorado, she moved abroad and has worked as an educator internationally for the last 12 years in Budapest, Hungary and Jakarta, Indonesia.

Bridget Brown joined our fourth-grade team in 2024 with nearly two decades of experience in education. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University and a Master's with a Reading Endorsement from the University of San Diego. Bridget is passionate and committed to teaching, recertifying her National Board Certification in 2021. Originally from Phoenix, Bridget is excited to join the All Saints' community and continue her passion for teaching and working with children. She is married with two children and enjoys reading and spending time with her extended family.
Margaret Dunlop joined All Saints' in 2022, bringing 20+ years of teaching experience to the visual arts team. She is strongly influenced by her artist mom, art appreciating dad, and a love of making art. She received a B.A. in Art from Lewis and Clark College and finished her MFA in printmaking from ASU. Margaret is passionate about teaching art to children and especially enjoys teaching ceramics.

Julie Isaacson joined the All Saints' faculty in 2010 as a first-grade teacher. She received her B.S. in Marketing from Arizona State University in December 1998. She earned an M.Ed. in Elementary Education in May 2010 from Northern Arizona University. At All Saints', Julie currently serves as our Library Media Specialist. Julie enjoys working out and reading as many books as she possibly can. She is a diehard Yankees fan and bleeds maroon and gold for her Sun Devils, no matter the season!
Originally from Illinois, Coach Blake Johnson brings an impressive background in athletic administration and student development to his role as Athletic Director. Most recently serving as Assistant Athletic Director for Peoria Public Schools, he led strategic planning and program expansion across more than 25 schools. In addition to his leadership roles, Coach Johnson has extensive coaching experience at the middle and high school levels, having led teams in everything from football to track. He is especially proud to have introduced structured sports programs for elementary-age students for the first time in district history. In addition to his years of experience, he holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Sports Management.
Coach Johnson’s ability to connect quickly with our students and get them excited about athletics is remarkable. He is passionate about building athletic programs where students grow in skill, confidence, and character, on and off the field.
Ashleigh Miller became a member of the All Saints’ team in 2021 as the lower and middle school counselor. Ashleigh comes to the area after working and residing in the Bullhead City community for nine years. There, Ashleigh worked in schools as a counselor, a teacher, and a coach. These positions came to life while earning a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. Ashleigh was born and raised on the shores of Lake Superior in Wisconsin, where she also received her B.A. from Northland College. Guided by faith and a deep love for animals, Ashleigh lives each day as a brand new one and believes in the power of connection and she looks forward to supporting our community. Ashleigh holds an adventurous soul, enjoys exploring national parks, and finding new places on long road trips. Photography and writing are two areas where Ashleigh highlights the strength of connection and shares the art with loved ones. Ashleigh played DIII softball in college and continues to stay active in any athletic outlet available—especially outdoors.
Ashley Mitchell is a native of Phoenix, Arizona, and she graduated from Camelback High School in 2001. She played volleyball for Alcorn State in Mississippi and graduated with a B.S. in Physical Education. Ashley joined All Saints’ in 2010 as a part-time P.E. teacher. The following year she taught P.E. and assisted the kindergarten teachers. Currently, she is teaching P.E. to All Saints' students and serves as the Head of Physical Education Department. Ashley also coaches girls athletics at All Saints’. Ashley likes to play volleyball, hike, read, travel, swim, and do hot yoga.

Kerrie Pelenytschka joined All Saints’ in 2003. She earned her M.A. in Teaching from National-Louis University in Evanston, Illinois, and a B.S. in Commercial Recreation from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Kerrie began teaching at All Saints' as a third-grade teacher. After four years, she had the opportunity to begin the lower school science program which she jumped at the opportunity to do. In 2020, Kerrie joined the fourth-grade team as a fourth-grade homeroom teacher. Currently, Kerrie serves as the Lower School Science Teacher. Her goal is to get the children excited learning through a rich, engaging, and hands-on curriculum. She always says that she has the “best job” on campus. Kerrie enjoys hiking, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Justin Rifkind joined All Saints’ community in 2019 to teach General Music and Band. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, he completed a Bachelor of Music degree in tuba performance at Northwestern University with a minor emphasis in United States history. He completed a Master of Music degree in tuba performance at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in tuba performance with a minor emphasis in Wind Conducting at the University of Arizona. Justin is Level I certified in Kódaly and Orff approaches to music education. Prior to All Saints’, he taught pre-kindergarten through fifth grades general music and middle school band in East Mesa. When not on campus, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife, watching sports, and being an active member of the CrossFit community.

Tracy Sucato joined All Saints’ community in 2019 and is currently a member of our fourth-grade team. She has a B.A. in Elementary Education from Ottawa University and an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. She came to All Saints' after eleven years at Phoenix Country Day School. When not in the classroom, Tracy enjoys spending time with her two children, Emma and Noah. Her family shares a passion for performance, and they are active in local theatre.
Carlos Urtubey has been teaching Spanish for three decades and is a native Spanish and English speaker. We were glad to welcome him as our lower-school Spanish teacher in 2023. Throughout his career, he has taught children from kindergarten to eighth grade. He graduated from ASU and enjoys incorporating music while teaching Spanish!

Tracey Williams joined All Saints’ in 2007. She has a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California at Santa Barbara. In 2002, Tracey earned her M.S. in Education from Bank Street Graduate School in New York City. Before joining the Technology Department, Tracey taught third grade for seven years at All Saints’. She now spends her days teaching technology in the Lower School DREAMlab and helping teachers integrate technology consistently in their classrooms. Tracey enjoys spending time with her family, the outdoors, and visiting her home state of California as much as possible.
