Republic Columnist E.J. Montini Visits All Saints'
Ed Montini, better known as Republic columnist E.J. Montini, recently visited All Saints' and talked to students about his newspaper career. Mr. Montini started out as an Arts reporter purely by happenstance. He explained that when he first started at The Arizona Republic, because he was familiar with the name of an artist appearing at The Phoenix Art Museum, he was pegged as an Arts reporter. He went on to cover many different beats before starting his column, and has traveled the world as part of his job.
As a newspaper columnist, he has told the stories of many different people, many of them the underserved members of our society - and all of the stories poignant and unforgettable. All Saints' is grateful to Mr. Montini for sharing his time, and some of his experiences, with us.
