All Saints’ Appoints New Members to Board of Trustees for 2015-16 School Year
All Saints’ Episcopal Day School (ASEDS) today announces the appointment of six prominent professional leaders as new members to its Board of Trustees.
All Saints’ Episcopal Day School (ASEDS) today announces the appointment of six prominent professional leaders as new members to its Board of Trustees. The distinguished members elected to join the 2015-16 governing Board include Marianne Cracchiolo Mago, President of The Steele Foundation; Paula Petrowski, Director of Admissions at Xavier College Preparatory; Bob Ryan, Principal at Brophy College Preparatory; Pat Williams, Managing Director, JLL; Raymond Woo, Phoenix attorney; and John Woodrow, attorney at Woodrow & Associates, P.L.C.
The current executive committee made a strategic decision to elect these additional members to expand the Board for greater bandwidth and to broadened community representation. The new trustees represent All Saints’ commitment to include alumni parents and communityrepresentatives in addition to current parents on the Board.
“We are deeply grateful to our previous Board of Trustees for their significant contributions and dedication and to the newly appointed leaders for the upcoming school year,” said Leo Dressel, Head of School, All Saints’ Episcopal Day School. “We are thrilled at the possibilities and new growth that this new Board brings to All Saints’.”
Additionally, the 2015-16 Board is comprised of four executive committee members and The Rev. Poulson Reed, Rector of All Saints’ Episcopal Church. Abbie Milisci will continue to lead as Board Chair for the second year in a row. The other 2015-16 Board executives are Brad Wright, Vice Chair; Drew Smith, Treasurer; and Ann Halaby, Secretary. Wright and Halaby are commencing year two of their roles, and Smith replaces James Culver, who will remain on the Board, but completes three years of generous and effective service as Treasurer.
ASEDS is a school that is committed to academic excellence, spiritual and moral formation, and creating an inclusive community.
